What do I get?
When you complete the purchase process you will receive an email explaining how to download the products you have bought.
Each product is downloaded as a single compressed file (a "zip" file). Modern computer operating systems are familiar with such files. Double click on the file to open it. Inside you will find your language flashcards or quotations, ready to be loaded onto your digital photo frame.
Please take a moment to look at the instructions.txt file included in the download. This contains important tips for getting the most from your WordPegs product.
Also included with our language packs is a printable PDF document listing all of the words and phrases contained on the flashcards.
Are the same quotations included in more than one quotation collection, eg in both Motivation and Creativity?
No, quotations are not repeated. So if you already have one collection and buy another you are guaranteed to receive an entirely new set of quotations.

How do I view the PDF document that came with my language pack?
A printable document with all of the words and phrases is included with every language pack. This is in PDF format and can be viewed by the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software, version 6 or later. If you don't already have this it can be downloaded from Adobe.
Digital Photo Frames
Do I need a digital photo frame?
No. You can view our language flashcards or quotation packs on any device that is capable of displaying photos. If you have software that can show photos as a slideshow, that's perfect. We like the free program, XnView, for example, which runs on Windows, Mac and Linux.

I purchased a product, but didn't get an email with download instructions.
After you have completed the purchase process, an email with download instructions is sent to you. If you did not receive this email, please verify that it did not arrive in your spam or junk mail folders.
If you still can't find it, please contact us and we'll make sure you get your product.
Are my credit card details secure?
WordPegs.com will not see your credit card details. Instead, you will be redirected to PayPal's website to make payment.
